At Nexgrill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
